Company ProfileRon Hicks, our Principal has been established in Nambour since 1979, commencing as a franchisee of a major Australian company, regularly achieving the highest sales turnover for Queensland. Franchises are a great vehicle to learn the business but most have limited merit for a competent operation. We wanted to be different. We wanted to be the best. We had grown beyond the need for a franchise and in 1992 we decided to launch our own brand.
Keyline Realty was born. We source the best training methods and systems. We do our own market research to be in the best position to help our potential clients, but it's our people who make the difference. Training is ongoing. People usually only sell to solve a problem. We endeavour to be a little akin to a social worker solving problems and getting great results. We run our operation as a family business. Consequently, our clients feel that they are part of our extended family and we look forward to welcoming many more people into our circle of satisfied buyers and sellers.
