• Yard should be kept mowed & gardens tidy.

• Pathways should be clean & unobstructed.

• Front door area should be clean & inviting.

• Tidy up for inspections (no dishes on kitchen benches or sink).

• Windows should always sparkle.

• Fly screens should be cleaned.

• Keep pets out of the way.

• Turn television off.  Silence or soft music is more appropriate.

• Turn lights on if it's a dull day or in a dark house.

• Allow the buyer privacy when inspections are being conducted.

• Only get involved if requested by our representative.
