I recently sold my house through Keyline Real Estate Agency. Before deciding on Keyline, I considered several other estate agents.

Andrew Hicks and his team stood out due to their high level of professionalism and their attentiveness to my needs. Andrew provided clear advice and developed a plan tailored to my requirements. The 3% fee charged by Keyline covered all my needs, including some specific, unique instructions, making it a more affordable option compared to other agents.

The first buyer was found within a few weeks at the price forecasted by Andrew and his team. Unfortunately, the first buyer fell through, which was not Keyline's fault. Remarkably, within a week, Andrew's team secured a second buyer at a higher price.

Throughout the process, all viewings and prospective buyers were discussed with me by Keyline's team, which I found impressive as I was overseas at the time. After the sales offer was accepted, the rest of Keyline's team kept me informed all the way through to completion.

Andrew and his team were exceptional throughout the sales process and ultimately sold the house at the price they originally forecasted.

When you are buying a house sight unseen and in a different part of the country to where you are currently living it can be rather daunting but the whole team at Keyline Realty especially Mark Dunlop and Zara Bartle made the process so easy.
No question was to much trouble to answer,  no request was ever denied. They even organised quotes and attended them for me when something needed investigating.
Great communication all the way
I wouldn't hesitate recommending the Keyline Realty team.

Mark from Keyline in Nambour went well above and beyond for the sale of my property, even after highly rated sales people from other realestates told me I would struggle to get the money I was asking Mark wasn't phased and got the sale I was after.

Mark Dunlop and the whole team of people at Keyline who assisted me in my small purchase were absolutely amazing. Considering it was such a small price tag for what I was buying they treated me as though I was buying a very expensive property. Everyything was smooth sailing from beginning to end! I really don’t know where to start . For me this has been a new experience in selling and one I was very nervous about, Until I met the Nambour team. They were so helpful , passionate and caring in so many ways . I came across a few hurdles along the way , And to my surprise these guys actually cared, they were so supportive and always calling to see if I was ok . I cannot praise Nicky and Zara enough they were amazing , beautiful ,caring ,honest and funny ladies . The rest of the team, I didn’t get to know as well, were always there helping in the background with any issues I needed sorted .
