Completely satisfied with the result achieved by Keyline Realty selling our Family Home in Nambour and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to buy or sell in this Area. In particular we would like to acknowledge the efforts of Nicky Ellem and Zara Bartle. We were impressed by Nicky from our first meeting where she thoroughly explained the Keyline sale process, set realistic sale price expectations, and provided clear guidance on moving forward to list the House FOR SALE. Nicky gave us regular feedback from Open House Inspections and promptly forwarded Offers as they were received. A Contract was in place just above list price approximately 3 weeks after the House went on the market. This was a great result for us that we believe largely reflects the professionalism and hard work of Nicky, and her honesty and integrity which obviously resonated with us as Sellers but also prospective Buyers. Zara assisted greatly in maintaining communications with us after signing of the Contract and ensuring that it proceeded to settlement with no delays.
