Receptionist/Admin Assistant

About the Role
As a central link between our sales team, clients, solicitors, and service providers, you’ll help ensure every transaction is smooth, accurate, and efficient. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the team and the experience of our clients.
What We’re Looking For
- A reliable, flexible, and approachable professional with a genuine passion for helping people.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including spelling, editing, grammar, and attention to detail.
- Strong telephone etiquette and confidence in dealing with a wide range of people.
- High-level computer literacy (experience with real estate systems a bonus, but not essential).
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- A collaborative, can-do team player who’s equally comfortable working independently.
- Professional presentation, self-confidence, and a positive outlook.
What You’ll Receive
While previous real estate experience will be highly regarded, it’s not essential. We value transferable skills, if you bring strong administration, customer service, or office management experience, we can provide you with the real estate-specific training you need to thrive. Offering a genuine starting salary package in excess of $100,000, with additional commissions based on performance. You’ll be financially rewarded for your effort.
