Tenant Selection

It’s not just about ticking boxes, it’s about finding the right fit. That’s why we prefer to meet prospective tenants either in person or via video call. We don’t want strangers moving into your home, we want the right people. Applications are shortlisted as a team, and your input is valued throughout the process. If you’re not happy, we’ll keep looking.

Online owner portal access

With your own online owner portal access, you’ll have 24/7 visibility over your investment. View tenancy details, track rent payments, access financial statements, and see upcoming inspection dates, all from your phone or desktop, anytime.

Inspections

We conduct our first routine inspection within the first three months of tenancy and continue every 3 months thereafter. You’ll receive a detailed report after each inspection and are welcome to attend, just let us know. We also use cutting-edge 360° AI inspection technology, allowing us to capture detailed visual reports of your property during inspections.
