I really don’t know where to start . For me this has been a new experience in selling and one I was very nervous about, Until I met the Nambour team. They were so helpful , passionate and caring in so many ways . I came across a few hurdles along the way , And to my surprise these guys actually cared, they were so supportive and always calling to see if I was ok . What is a routine inspection?

We routinely inspect your property during the tenancy every three months. These inspections ensure your property is kept to an acceptable standard and identify required maintenance. You are more than welcome to join us. Shortly after, you will also receive a report with detailed notes & photographs attached. 

What is an entry & exit report?

An entry report outlines the property’s condition at the commencement of the tenancy. Your property manager will compile this report prior to your tenant moving in. It is used when the tenant vacates to ensure that the property is left in the same condition. 

The exit inspection is carried out once a tenant vacates the property. The entry condition report is used at the exit inspection, and each item is checked off to make certain that the property is in the same condition as when the tenant took possession. At this inspection, any items that need to be rectified by the tenant are identified.

What happens when a tenant stops paying rent?

If tenants fall behind in their rental payments, they are issued a notice to remedy the breach. This notice advises them that they are behind on payments and requests that they rectify the problem immediately. If this is not done within the stipulated period, a termination notice is issued, requiring them to vacate the premises.

When does the rent money get paid into my account?

Unless instructed otherwise, all monies held are paid to you at the end of every month. A statement is issued simultaneously outlining the debits and credits for that month.
