I have spent many of my working years in hospitality and pharmacy in customer service roles, where I found a very natural way of interacting with people by giving them exceptional service but mostly by being interested in them personally, going beyond just what was expected in my job description.

Entering another person’s home, representing them in their endeavour to achieve the best possible outcome in selling their home is something I don’t take lightly, it excites me to be involved with making our clients dreams come to fruition.  I want all the people that choose me to represent them as part of the Keyline Team to have a positive experience, I remember too well the feeling of buying and selling a home personally, it can be overwhelming.  Looking to buy or sell property comes with decisions that can prove challenging, I want to be the soft landing when the going gets tough.
